MSW Downtown Development Investment Fund Grants

The Downtown Winchester Development Master Plan recommended the creation of an investment fund in order to facilitate building maintenance, decrease vacancy rates, and increase private investment within the downtown district. The City of Winchester, Clark County Fiscal Court, Clark County Community Foundation, Beer Cheese Festival, Clark County Industrial Authority and an anonymous donor generously contributed to the Downtown Development Investment Fund (DDIF).

The DDIF provides funding for the matching grants listed below and is administered by the Blue Grass Community Foundation.
